Save sending and appearance preferences
Adjust campaign pacing, typing simulation and appearance.
Before you begin
Sign in to the account you want to change. Seconds measure the base interval between campaign contacts. Milliseconds, shown as ms, measure typing delays: 1,000 ms equals one second.
What to do
- Open Settings in the dashboard menu.
- Enter the base interval between messages in seconds in Bot Settings.
- Set the messages-per-minute limit to the sending pace you intend to use.
- Adjust typing simulation and its minimum and maximum delays in ms. Keep the minimum no higher than the maximum.
- Choose the Audio transcription service for converting received audio into text.
- Choose Save settings and wait for the confirmation.
- Use Appearance to select light or dark mode. Use the language selector separately to choose the interface language.
Worked example
Example data: choose a base interval of 5 seconds and typing delays of 1,500 ms to 4,000 ms. These delays mean 1.5 to 4 seconds. Choose Save settings, then revisit the page to check the values.
How to check it worked
The page confirms the save, and the values remain when you return. Saving does not send a message.
What to know
- Sending controls vary by workflow. Review its guide before relying on a global setting.
- Changing the interface language does not translate saved messages, contact names or recorded conversations.
- OpenAI and Gemini are audio transcription services. Gemini processes recordings in a queue and can take several minutes. Password changes and device daily limits have separate controls on this page.
