Find the meaning of a word here. The guides also explain it where you need it.
- Device
- A WhatsApp number registered in ZapBot. Its connection status tells you whether the panel can communicate with it.
- Pairing
- Linking the WhatsApp account on your phone to ZapBot so the panel can use that number.
- Group identifier
- The code used to select a particular WhatsApp group. A group JID usually ends in @g.us; copy it from Groups rather than using the group name.
- Contact list
- A named collection of phone numbers saved for later use when choosing recipients.
- Invitation list
- A saved collection of group invitation links. Saving it does not start joining groups; scheduling is a separate action.
- Campaign
- A sending task with a message, recipients and selected WhatsApp numbers. Its report shows the results of the sending attempts.
- Sequence
- A saved set of message steps with delays between them. The feature using the sequence determines how those steps are sent.
- Interval
- The time between planned actions. Check the field’s unit, such as seconds or minutes, before entering a number.
- Rotation
- A schedule that chooses one saved message at random for each selected group per day, within the configured sending times.
- CSV
- A table saved as a text file. Use a spreadsheet application to view its rows and columns; check the import instructions before preparing one.
- Spintax
- A way to write alternative words between braces, separated by |, so a feature that supports it can choose a variation. For example, {Hello|Hi}.
- Trigger
- The word, phrase or pattern that an automatic reply rule looks for in an incoming message.
- Transcript
- Written text generated from a voice recording. Listen to the original audio to confirm important details.
- Cluster
- A set of connected WhatsApp numbers configured to take part in warm-up conversations using a saved scenario.
- Webhook
- An address where the WhatsApp service sends incoming-message notices so ZapBot can process them. The integration operator configures it.
- MCP
- A connection that lets an authorized assistant request ZapBot tools, such as reading campaign results or sending a text you ask for.
