Getting started
Troubleshooting
Find the recovery action that matches what appears on screen.
Before you begin
Note the error, feature, and device name. Check the conversation before repeating sends or group joins.
What to do
- Find the symptom below that matches your screen.
- Check that you are using the correct account and device.
- Follow the action listed for that symptom.
- Check the expected result before repeating the operation.
- Contact support on Plans if the error persists.
Worked example
Fictional example: Test support shows Disconnected and Signed in. You select Reconnect, wait for Connected, and check the conversation before sending the message again.
How to check it worked
The symptom clears and the expected state appears. Check the actual result in the conversation or corresponding record; no error does not prove reading.
What to know
- Do not send passwords, pairing codes, or recovery links to support. Share the error and attempt time.
- Comfort contains pairing, manual joining, and scheduling forms. In Console Pro, Exit Console Pro opens that mode. Invitation queues are available in both.

- What to do
- Request a current link from the administrator; use it in a new list if the queued invitation no longer works.

- What to do
- Wait for approval; for unconfirmed, check membership in WhatsApp before retrying.
