Sending and automation

Set up conversations between your numbers

Arrange scheduled conversations between WhatsApp numbers you control, then monitor and stop their activity.

Before you begin

Use Comfort with at least two connected numbers and active sending access. A scenario stores conversation phrases. A cluster is the set of numbers that will use those phrases together. Console shows daily allowances; its conversations button opens Comfort.

What to do

  1. Open Warm-up and select Scenarios.
  2. Choose New scenario to enter a name and opening, reply, follow-up and closing phrases, one phrase per line.
  3. Choose Create to save the scenario.
  4. Open Clusters and choose New cluster.
  5. Select at least two sessions, meaning the connected WhatsApp numbers participating in the conversation.
  6. Complete the cluster form with its name, scenario, mode, intensity and strategy. P2P is a direct conversation; Group and Mixed also need the target group JID, its identifier copied from Groups.
  7. Set the start hour, end hour and weekdays for activity.
  8. Choose Create cluster to save the configuration.
  9. Use Activate on the cluster if it is inactive.
  10. Choose Start at the top of Warm-up to allow activity globally.
  11. Open Logs to inspect recorded activity during the configured hours.

Worked example

Example data: create a scenario named Appointment check with “Are we meeting today?” and “Yes, at 14:00.” Use it in a P2P cluster of two numbers you control, with low intensity on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

How to check it worked

During the selected hours, Logs shows conversation events for an active, unpaused cluster with connected sessions. A temperature indicator is not proof of account protection.

What to know

  • Pause and Resume affect one cluster. Deactivate prevents that cluster from running. Stop stops warm-up globally. Emergency also enables the kill switch, an emergency block; Reset kill switch removes that block, and Start must allow activity again.
  • Ramp Up increases conversation activity gradually; Volume Balance aims at constant volume. These are separate from the daily sending allowances in Settings.

Common problems

What you see
The cluster stays idle.
What to do
Check Start, the kill switch, cluster activation and pause state, connected sessions, scenario and scheduled hours.
What to expect
An eligible cluster can produce events during its schedule.
What you see
You need to stop conversations immediately.
What to do
Choose Emergency. Reset the kill switch only when you intend to allow activity again.
What to expect
Global warm-up is stopped and blocked until you reset it.
