Getting started

Your first use of ZapBot

Prepare your account, connect WhatsApp, and check a test message.

Before you begin

Have access to your email, the phone you will connect, and another number you control to receive the test.

What to do

  1. Open Sign in to Dashboard on the ZapBot website.
  2. Select Sign up for free. The Account guide explains registration and confirmation.
  3. Fill in Email and Password with your details.
  4. Select Create Account.
  5. Open the confirmation link received by email.
  6. Sign in to your confirmed account using Sign in to Dashboard.
  7. Open Plans to activate your chosen trial or subscription; follow the Plans guide before paying.
  8. Open Devices to connect your number using the Connect devices guide.
  9. Open Quick send after the device shows Connected and Signed in.
  10. Send a message to your other number using the Quick send guide.
  11. Check the conversation on the receiving phone.

Worked example

Fictional example: name the device Test support and send “This is my test message” to another number you control. Use your own details in the form.

How to check it worked

Your account opens the dashboard, the device is Connected and Signed in, and the message appears in the recipient’s conversation.

What to know

  • Sending requires an active trial or subscription. Connecting a device and reading information remain available without sending access.
  • Use Comfort for complete forms. Console Pro offers compact screens; the Overview guide explains switching.
