Getting started
Overview and screen layouts
Check your activity and choose between Comfort and Console Pro.
Before you begin
Sign in to the account you want to check. A new account may show zero counts.
What to do
- Open Overview in the navigation.
- Check online and offline devices under Devices.
- Check recent campaigns to identify the activity you want to follow.
- Open your chosen feature in the navigation, such as Quick send or Campaigns.
- Use Console Pro (dense mode) to try the compact screen.
- Use Exit Console Pro to return to Comfort when you need complete forms.
Worked example
Fictional example: an account with one connected device and no campaigns may show device activity and an empty campaign list. This does not require another account.
How to check it worked
Your chosen feature opens in the correct account. Returning to Comfort makes complete forms available.
What to know
- Comfort displays navigation names and more forms. Console Pro uses an icon rail and compact tables. On a phone, use Open navigation menu to find features.
- Total sends records sending activity; the count does not confirm that every recipient read the message.
- The language selector changes interface text. Messages and names you saved keep their original text.
Common problems
- What you see
- No campaigns found.
- What to do
- Check that you are in the correct account; open Campaigns to view existing records.
- What to expect
- Campaigns saved in this account appear, or the list stays empty because none were created.
- What you see
- I cannot find the form in Console Pro.
- What to do
- Select Exit Console Pro and open the same feature.
- What to expect
- The form available in Comfort appears.
