A store imports 2,000 customers, writes a promotion with three text variations and a product photo, and sends it using an already warmed-up number. ZapBot removes numbers without WhatsApp, spaces out sends, and distributes the campaign while respecting the daily limit. Anyone who replies PARAR is added to the opt-out list, and the final report shows the result for each contact.
What the tool does not do
ZapBot does not buy lists or send to those who have never had contact with you, and no tool guarantees that WhatsApp will not restrict a number: content, frequency, and recipient reports also matter. This is why sending respects daily limits and the warming-up of new numbers.

Can bulk messaging block my number?
There is a risk with any volume sending. ZapBot reduces this risk with text variation, typing simulation, random intervals, daily limits, and automatic opt-out, but sending to those who don't want to receive increases reports.
Can I send images, videos, and audio in bulk?
Yes. Each message can include an image, video, or audio with a caption, and the media library allows you to randomize a different media for each send.
Do I need to leave my computer on?
No. Once started, the campaign continues running on the server.
